The YARDS estate in NSW is moving along well. Lot 9, the first speculative building at the estate, is under construction and is on track for completion later this year.

The warehouse structure is almost done with the structural steel, and the roofing has started to be installed. The in-ground services are also going well with the builder CIP Constructions.

Lot 9 will be a 16,793 sqm facility designed for 150 staff members. It has a 16,106 sqm warehouse, a 587 sqm office with an outdoor area, a 100 sqm dock office, 69 parking spaces, 5 battery charge points, 6 flush loading docks, 3 recessed loading docks, and a 20m awning over hardstand.
