Excavation of the subgrade, as well as importing, placing and compacting controll subgrade materials is well under way by builder, Robson Civil Projects.

Other works currently taking place include cutover of new communications and watermain services.

Upon completion, road infrastructure works will convert Mamre Road from a two-lane to a four-lane carriageway, while also upgrading the signalised intersection at Mamre Road and Bakers Lane to facilitate access into The YARDS.
