The project, being undertaken by Robson Civil Projects is converting Mamre Road from a two-lane to a four-lane carriageway, while also upgrading the signalised intersection at Mamre Road and Bakers Lane to facilitate access into the YARDS.
 
The scope involves earthworks, underground utilities, drainage, road widening, safety barriers, new road pavements, concrete medians, traffic control signal upgrades, and ancillary works.
