Civil and infrastructure works are well underway at Frasers Property Industrial and Altis Property Partners’ 77ha Premium Estate The YARDS at Kemps Creek in Western Sydney.

We’re now raising the site and preparing building platforms for the state-of-the-art industrial estate, which will have an end value of circa $1 billion once completed in late 2024.

The 280,000 square metres of next-generation sustainable warehouse and logistics facilities will target a 6 Star Green Star certified rating from the Green Building Council of Australia, while also delivering enhanced amenity for workers and the community.

With close proximity to the M4 and M7 motorways and the new Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek, The YARDS will be a benchmark in Australian industrial development and a key distribution hub in New South Wales.
